CONWAY, Ark. (December 12, 2012) - Hendrix computer science students Kaleigh Clary '14 and Andres Ramirez '13 are the recipients of the 2012 Diversity Scholarships from Acxiom Corp.
The new Diversity Scholarship program provides a $5,000 award and one-year internship opportunity for student segments - women, minorities, veterans and individuals with disabilities -who are under-represented in the field of information technology. Recipients are selected based on academic achievement, field of study and areas of professional interest.

"Several excellent computer science students from Hendrix applied for this scholarship, and we're happy that Acxiom recognized this by awarding two of their five scholarships to worthy Hendrix recipients despite our small enrollments compared to the area universities."
